    Welcome to the official booking portal of Binori – A Boutique Hotel. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

    This website and its booking services are operated by Binori – A Boutique Hotel. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Hotel. All information regarding room categories, amenities, rates, availability, and policies is provided based on current hotel records.

    1.2 Acceptance of Terms

    By using this website or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

    1.3 Use of Website

    • The website must be used for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
    • You shall not copy, reproduce, sell, or republish any website content without prior written permission.
    • Any unauthorized modification or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.

    1.4 Intellectual Property

    All content—including logos, images, design, text, graphics, and digital assets—belongs to Binori or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    1.5 Room Bookings & Confirmation

    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • Rates, taxes, and inclusions vary by date and room category.
    • The terms shown at the time of booking (cancellation, modification, payment terms) are binding.
    • The hotel may contact the guest for verification or pre-arrival confirmation if required.

    1.6 CANCELLATION POLICY

    Peak Season: 15 November – 31 March

    • Free cancellation and full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are fully chargeable and non-refundable.

    Rest of the Year: 1 April – 14 November
    • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are fully chargeable and non-refundable.

    1.7 Limitation of Liability

    The Hotel is not responsible for:

    • Any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the website.
    • Loss of data, revenue, or personal belongings.
    • Guest injury or ill health caused by misuse of hotel facilities.

    1.8 Third-Party Links

    Our website may include links to third-party platforms for convenience. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or services provided by any external site.

    1.9 Privacy

    Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which governs collection, usage, and protection of guest data.

    1.10 Modification of Terms

    The Hotel reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    1.11 Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of local courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

    2. POLICIES

    (Applicable for all guests staying at Binori – A Boutique Hotel)

    2.1 Check-In / Check-Out

    • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
    • Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

    2.2 Identification Requirements

    • All guests above 18 years must present a valid government-issued Photo ID at check-in.
      Accepted IDs: Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID.
    • Foreign nationals must present Passport + Valid Visa.
    • For security reasons, ID is mandatory for all guests above 5 years of age.

    2.3 Guest Profile & Admission Rights

    • The Hotel reserves the Right of Admission.
    • Unmarried couples are allowed with valid ID.
    • Local IDs may be accepted, subject to hotel discretion.
    • In triple occupancy rooms, only family guests may be permitted.
    • The Hotel may deny check-in for violation of policies, incomplete documents, security concerns, or misbehaviour.
      No refund will apply in such cases.

    2.4 Occupancy Rules

    • Maximum occupancy per standard room: 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.
    • King or twin beds will be provided subject to availability.
    • Rooms located together or adjoining are subject to availability.

    2.5 Child & Extra Bed Policy

    • Children below 10 years may stay without extra charge (using existing bedding).
    • Children aged 10 years & above chargeable as counted extra person.
    • Guests requiring an extra bed/mattress will be charged:
      INR 1500+TAX per person per night (payable at the property).

    2.6 Payments & Deposits

    • Guests may choose Pay at Hotel or Prepaid options depending on room type.
    • A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in.
    • Under-charges caused by system errors must be settled at the hotel.

    2.7 Hotel Rules

    • Outside food is not allowed.
    • Alcohol consumption may be restricted based on hotel policy.
    • Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas/rooms.
    • Pets, hookah, and arms/weapons are strictly prohibited.
    • Swimming pool (if applicable): Swimwear is mandatory.
    • Photoshoots (professional or large-scale) may attract additional charges.

    2.8 Damage, Safety & Conduct

    • Guests are responsible for any loss/damage to hotel property caused by them or persons accompanying them.
    • The hotel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or ill health arising from use of any facility.
    • Personal servants/maids are not permitted inside rooms or hotel premises.

    2.9 Visitors

    • Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms.
    • Meetings must be conducted in lobby/public areas.
    • Private parties, events, loud celebrations, or gatherings inside rooms are not permitted unless pre-approved.

    2.10 Security & Valuables

    • Guests are advised to use safe deposit lockers at the front desk.
    • The Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the locker.
    • Guests must keep their room door locked when leaving or sleeping.

    2.11 Early Departure

    • In case of early check-out, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire stay as per booking
